Terms of Service

  • Payment Terms: To secure the vehicle on a mutually agreed date, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date.

  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the scheduled date qualify for a full refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the scheduled event will not qualify for a refund.

  • Weather: Weather unpredictability can sometimes pose a challenge. In situations where this arises, we will provide tenting around the vehicle.

  • Permissions: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions to ensure that the Piaggio can be used at the event space or outdoor areas. The customer must also ensure there is sufficient access to transport the Piaggio to their desired location

  • Delivery: We service the GTA and surrounding area within a 30km radius. If the desired location is outside the service area, additional charges will apply depending on distance.

  • Decor: Unless otherwise agreed upon, customer responsible for providing any other decor that they wish to use.
